POLÍTICA INTEGRADA DE SOUTH TRADE SHIPMANAGEMENT

 

El objetivo de esta política es reducir el riesgo y prevenir el daño a las personas, los bienes y el medio ambiente con el propósito de entregar un servicio sostenible y libre de incidentes a través del cuidado responsable.

El Sistema de Gestión Integrado QHSE (Calidad, Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad, Protección, Medioambiente y Eficiencia Energética), está en conformidad con ISM, ISPS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, requisitos legales y otros requisitos, reglamentos y guías relevantes dentro de la industria. El Sistema de Gestión Integrado es revisado a intervalos regulares para evaluar su eficacia global en el logro de los objetivos establecidos.

Esta política establece lineamientos de la siguiente manera:

• SEGURIDAD: La Compañía se compromete a identificar todos los riesgos asociados con la operación de los buques y por medio de esto, implementar las salvaguardas necesarias con el fin de proporcionar las prácticas de trabajo seguro, en un lugar de trabajo seguro, para la salud y la seguridad de sus empleados y terceros. A través de su compromiso con la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de South Trade Shipmanagement y el desarrollo de habilidades de administración de la seguridad de su personal, tanto en tierra como a bordo, la Compañía persigue el objetivo de largo plazo de cero accidentes a las personas que trabajan a bordo en su flota.
• CALIDAD: La Compañía se compromete a cumplir los requisitos de calidad de sus clientes, garantizando que sus servicios sean conformes a los estándares de atención al cliente como se estipula en el Sistema de Gestión de South Trade Shipmanagement.
• SALUD: La Compañía proporcionará condiciones de trabajo seguras y saludables para la prevención de daños y deterioro de la salud, ya sea a bordo o en tierra. Además se compromete a incluir la participación y consulta de los trabajadores y/o sus representantes. La Compañía reconoce la importancia del bienestar y alentar a todos los empleados a velar por el compromiso de mantener un alto nivel en materia de salud e higiene personal.
• AMBIENTAL: La Compañía reconoce la importancia del cuidado del medio ambiente como una de sus más altas prioridades y que cada esfuerzo debe ser orientado para conservar y proteger el medio ambiente marino, atmosférico y otras formas de contaminación, incluidos los residuos domésticos y de oficina. Con la adopción de la metodología de evaluación de riesgos en todos los niveles de operación, la Compañía se compromete a implementar los controles necesarios a todas las emisiones y descargas de efluentes con el fin de reducir los impactos ambientales adversos.
• ENERGÍA: La Compañía se compromete a reducir las emisiones causadas desde combustibles fósiles, para los cual todos los buques han sido provistos de un Plan de Gestión de la Eficiencia Energética (SEEMP) con el fin de contribuir a la conservación de la energía.
• PROTECCION: La Compañía cumple plenamente el Código PBIP y, al hacerlo, se esfuerza por proporcionar un entorno de trabajo seguro mediante el establecimiento y el mantenimiento de las medidas de protección, con el fin de prevenir actividades ilegales o actos hostiles contra los buques que puedan poner en peligro la seguridad y la protección de las personas, los bienes y el entorno.
• DROGAS Y ALCOHOL: La Compañía prohíbe estrictamente el consumo, posesión y tráfico de drogas y alcohol en cualquiera de las naves y/o en las instalaciones de la compañía. Cualquier empleado que transgreda esta política estará sujeto a los procedimientos de disciplina indicados en el Sistema Gestión Integrado.
• PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS: La Compañía reconoce y respeta los derechos y la privacidad de los individuos y está comprometida a proteger la integridad, disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los Datos Personales de nuestros postulantes a trabajos, trabajadores actuales y pasados, proveedores, toda persona a bordo de las naves que administramos y nuestros clientes. STSM declara que los Datos Personales no serán vendidos o comercializados a terceros y serán exclusivamente utilizados para los propósitos descritos en su sistema de gestión integrado.
• CIBERSEGURIDAD: La Compañía se compromete a controlar y minimizar los riesgos de seguridad de la información contenida en los sistemas electrónicos e informáticos, equipos digitales y softwares utilizados en la operación de naves bajo su administración, cumpliendo con las leyes y reglamentos vigentes y utilizando las recomendaciones, directrices de ciberseguridad y mejores prácticas vigentes en el mercado.
• INCLUSIÓN: La compañía se compromete a realizar acciones y esfuerzos para fomentar la incorporación de personas con discapacidad, en un ambiente laboral inclusivo, otorgando oportunidades y espacios a sus colaboradores independiente de sus condiciones personales, logrando un desempeño armónico y de excelencia en el trabajo diario.

El administrador está comprometido con el continuo mejoramiento del Sistema de Gestión Integrada de la empresa y a proporcionar los recursos pertinentes para lograr las metas de la organización.

SOUTH TRADE SHIPMANAGEMENT INTEGRATED POLICY

 

The objective of this Policy is to reduce risk and prevent harm to people, assets and the environment, in order to deliver a sustainable and incident-free service through a responsible care.

The Integrated Management System QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Energy Efficiency) is in compliance with ISM, ISPS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, legal requirements and other requirements, relevant regulations and guidelines within the industry. The Integrated Management System is reviewed at regular intervals to assess its overall effectiveness achieving the set objectives.

The Policy herein covers:

• SAFETY: The Company is committed to identify all risks associated with the operation of vessels. Accordingly, the necessary safeguards are implemented to provide a safe workplace and work practices for the health and safety of its employees and third parties. Through its commitment to the continual improvement of the Integrated Management System of South Trade Shipmanagement and the development of safety management skills of its staff, ashore and on board, the Company pursues the long-term goal of zero accidents for all persons who work in the fleet.
• QUALITY: The Company is committed to achieving quality requirements of the customers by guaranteeing that services meet the customer/client standards as stipulated in the Integrated Management System of South Trade Shipmanagement.
• HEALTH: The Company will provide safe and healthy working conditions for prevention of injuries and deterioration of health, either on board or ashore. It also undertakes to include the participation and consultation of workers and / or their representatives. The Company recognizes the importance of wellbeing and encourages the commitment of employees to maintain high standards of personal health, cleanliness and hygiene.
• ENVIRONMENTAL: The Company recognizes environmental protection as one of its highest priorities, and every effort must be directed towards the conservation and protection of the marine and atmospheric environment; and any other kind of pollution, including domestic office-based waste. By adopting risk assessment methodology at all levels of operation, the Company commits to implement necessary controls to all emissions and pollutant discharges to reduce adverse environmental impacts.
• ENERGY: The Company is committed to reducing the damaging emissions from burning of fossil fuels, and all vessels have been provided with the Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP) in order to contribute with energy conservation.
• SECURITY: The Company fully comply the ISPS Code and in doing so, strives to provide a secure working environment by establishing and maintaining security measures to prevent illegal activity or hostile acts against ships that may pose a threat and/or endanger the safety and security of persons, property and the environment.
• DRUG & ALCOHOL: The Company strictly prohibits the consumption, possession and smuggling of drugs and alcohol on any vessel and/or on Company premises. Any employee found in breach of this policy will be subject to the disciplinary procedures outlined within the Integrated Management System.
• DATA PROTECTION: The Company recognizes and respects the rights and privacy of individuals and is committed to protecting the integrity, availability and reliability of the Personal Data of our job applicants, current and former employees, suppliers, all persons on board the ships under our management and our customers. STSM declares that Personal Data will not be sold or commercialized to third parties and will be exclusively used for the purposes described in its Integrated Management System.
• CYBERSECURITY: The Company is committed to control and minimize the security risks of the information contained in the electronic and computer systems, digital equipment and software used in the ship operation under its management, using the recommendations, cybersecurity guidelines and best practices in force in the market.
• INCLUSION: The company is committed to perform actions and efforts in promoting the incorporation of people with disabilities, in discrimination-free work environment by granting opportunities and spaces to their collaborators, regardless of their personal characteristics, achieving a harmonious performance and excellence in daily work.
